On June 14,a ceremony was held to celebrate the complete demolition of the former Byberry hospital, and the future construction "The Arbours at Eagle Pointe" a unit active adult club house community featuring single homes, town, and carriage homes. But they say none of these are magic bullets, and true solutions are likely as varied as the myriad affected communities in the nation's vast rural expanses.
